The Arizona Bar Exam is a two day exam.  On day 1 of the Arizona Bar Exam, 12 essay questions testing Arizona law are given.  Arizona law is to be applied on all essay questions.  On Day 2 of the Arizona Bar Exam, the MBE is administered.  Click here for more information about AmeriBar's Multistate Bar Exam Review Course and how it can help you pass the Arizona Bar Exam.  The essay part of the Arizona Bar Exam may test the following subjects: contracts (and UCC except Articles 4, 5, 7 and 8); torts; criminal law; constitutional criminal procedure; corporations; business organizations; trusts; wills; professional responsibilities; civil procedure; constitutional law (Arizona and federal); evidence; real property; and community property. 

The Multistate Bar Exam is scaled from 1-200.  The highest possible Arizona essay exam score is 400.  Arizona combines the two sections combine for a total of 600 points. In order to be deemed successful on the Arizona Bar Exam, applicants must achieve a combined score of 410 or higher.

Arizona Bar accepts Multistate Bar Exam score from concurrent bar exam only.  Otherwise, you must sit for the Multistate Bar Exam in Arizona (at the time you take the Arizona bar exam).
